How do I pay for drinks?
Choose a membership (Recovery or Full Access) or buy drink packs / single drinks in the Optishake online shop. Your RFID shaker is linked to your plan — scan it at the machine and pour what you're entitled to. No coins or cards at the machine.
Do I need an app?
No app required. Your RFID shaker is your key; you manage your membership and purchases in the online shop whenever it suits you.
Where can I find a partner gym?
Optishake is in 250+ gyms across Europe. Use the map to find your nearest — and if your gym isn't a partner yet, let them know you'd use it.
How do I know what's in each drink?
Full nutritional values are available on every drink: tap its icon on the machine to see them, or browse them here. The data is real and kept up to date from our own system — no hunting through manufacturer PDFs.
How fresh are the drinks?
Every drink is blended cold and to order, one serving at a time. Nothing sits premixed in a can or bottle.
Are there caffeine-free options?
Yes — electrolytes and caffeine-free functional drinks sit alongside the caffeinated ones, so there's something for any time of day.
Can I get coffee?
At many machines, yes — premium dark roast, served hot. It's the one warm option among the cold functional range.
What about the shaker?
An Optishake shaker with an RFID tag is your membership shaker — included with Recovery and Full Access, or available on its own. It's purpose-built: no mesh or ball needed, because the machine blends every drink perfectly. Dishwasher-safe and reusable, and we never use single-use cups — the one exception is coffee.
Can I have a second shaker?
Yes — handy if you want one for your bag and one at home. Extra shakers link to your account, so any of them works at the machine. Add one in the shop or just ask us.
My RFID tag stopped working — what now?
No drama. Your membership and credit live with your account, not the shaker, so nothing is lost. Email us at hello@optishake.info (or ask the team at your gym) and we'll re-link or replace the tag.
How do I cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships have no lock-in — cancel anytime from your account in the online shop and it ends at the close of the current month. The 30-day options simply end automatically.
